The division we are known for
Mattress is the division Atlanta Attachment is known for. Since 1969 we have engineered and built the automated sewing equipment that turns quilted panels, borders, and foam into finished mattresses, and we have kept those machines running on production floors worldwide.
The line is organized the way a mattress is actually made: panel preparation feeds border and handle sewing, tape edge closes the finished mattress, and packaging compresses and bags it for shipment. Cutting, glue, quilting, springs, and foundation equipment support the same flow. Every station is designed to hold one repeatable standard at production speed, because on a mattress line consistency is quality.
For manufacturers that means fewer skilled hands tied to the hardest stations, steadier throughput, and a finished product that looks the same on the first mattress of the shift and the last. It is automation engineered by a company that measures in thousandths and backs every machine with in house parts and service.
